A blend of Mediterranean grape varieties, mainly Garnacha and Cariñena. Dark cherry red color with exquisite red fruit and strawberry aromas with a spicy note of black pepper. Warm and firm on the palate, with delicate acidity.

Time of Harvest: Garnacha – Early September & Cariñena – Early October
Vinification Process: After harvest, the grapes undergo skin contact for one week and fermentation in stainless steel for one week under a controlled temperature
Aging Process: The wine ages 6 months in American and French oak.
Alcohol Content: 13.50%
Cellaring: 5-8 years
