Winemaking Information
Vinification Process: A wine variety of French origin, Pinot Noir is one of the most prized and known red grape varieties that found ideal growing conditions at high altitudes in Sicily. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature using natural yeasts and maceration of the skins for 15-20 days with frequent pumpings over.
