100% Pinot Gris. Vinetti de Fiorini Pinot Grigio is straw yellow in color, pleasant floral, and fruity aromas of apple, apricot, and pear. Medium-bodied, with refreshing fruit, distinct character, and balance.

Winemaking Information
Vinification Process: The grapes are handpicked and placed in small crates so as to preserve their integrity and quality, then de-stemmed and soft-pressed. The juice is clarified by natural sedimentation. With the inoculation of selected yeasts, fermentation begins – at a temperature of 57.2-59° F – in stainless steel tanks.
Aging Process: The young wine ages a few months on the fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, and is prepared for bottling in early spring.
Alcohol Content: 12.50%
