Soil: Radda – Calcareous-cretaceous substrata of sand and clay & Massa Marittima – Terrains with loamy texture evolving towards clay loam/clay (“red soil”)
Vine Training: Spurred cordon
Vine Age: 15 to 20 years old, with some around 8 years old
Time of Harvest: September-October
Vine Density: 2,430 vines per acre
Distillation Process: After distillation, the grappa is aged three months in Cherrywood
Alcohol Content: 45.00%
