Santadi Cannonau di Sardegna “Noras” DOC
90% Cannonau and 10% Carignano. Intense ruby-red color tending towards garnet. Mediterranean aromas on the complex nose, along with notes of ripe blackberry, blueberry, sweet spice, tobacco, and chocolate. A warm, velvety palate with unusually intense yet soft tannins.

Winemaking Information
Total Production: 35,000 bottles
Vinification Process: After de-stemming and pressing, the well-ripened grapes are fermented in temperature-controlled (22-24 °C or 71.6–75.2 °F) steel tanks for 12-14 days. Frequent pumpovers take place, extracting the tannins. The must undergoes early and spontaneous malolactic fermentation.
Aging Process: The wine is placed in second-use barriques for six months. The wine then spends six months in bottle.
Alcohol Content: 15.50%
Cellaring: Up to 8 years
