Hauner “Carlo Hauner” Salina IGT
33% Grillo, 33% Inzolia, and 33% Catarratto. Brilliant, luminous golden yellow with excellent depth. The bouquet reveals its island origin, very elegant, and distinctively salty with green notes. Intense fruit, ripe yellow fruit, and citrus flowers blending with perfectly integrated vanilla and butter nuances. Fresh, appealing and flavorful on the palate, well balanced by roundness and structure.
“At Hauner we believe that, given the amazing soils, unique landscapes, and fantastic grapes of the Aeolian Islands, we are honor-bound to create wines worthy of such fruit.”
