Franz Haas Müller Thurgau “Sofi” Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT
100% Muller Thurgau. A lively straw yellow color, with aromas reminiscent of Muscat, fresh fruit, peaches and flowers (yellow primrose), ending on an elegant and full-bodied flavor with a very pleasant savory finish. Compelling simplicity and fresh acidity.
“Since its foundation in 1880, the winery has focused on the quality of the grapes and bringing out the best in them. Special attention has always been given to using the minimum and most selective chemical substances during cultivation and fertilization.”
