Soil: A mixed terrain composed of medium-textured terrain, limestone, and clay. The subsoil, is composed of organic matter and rocks.

Winemaking Information
Total Production: 40,000 bottles
Vinification Process: Grapes are hand-harvested and hand-selected before undergoing delicate stalk-stripping and crushing before cold maceration for four to six days. Maceration and fermentation takes place on the skins at a controlled temperature for 25 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in cement vats for four months.
Aging Process: The wine undergoes 12 months of aging in barriques before blending and barrel aging (3000-liter barrels) for six more months
