Winemaking Information
Vinification Process: This blend is made 20% from Carmenere “Appassimento” grapes. Each variety is hand-picked, de-stemmed and crushed separately. The winemaking is the same as for single varietal Carmenere and Syrah wines.
Aging Process: 40% of the wine ages in French and American oak barrels and the rest in stainless steel tanks for six to eight months, and then blended just three months before bottling.
