Winemaking Information
Vinification Process: Grapes are de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place on the skins in stainless steel tanks with pistons at 22-24ºC with selected yeasts; breaking the cap 4-6 times a day for the first week.
Aging Process: After malolactic fermentation, 40% of the wine is matured in French and American oak barrels and 60% in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. After blending the wine is clarified, gently filtered and bottled.
