Corofin Cowley Family Vineyard Pinot Noir
100% Pinot Noir. The 2017 vintage is at its best with charcuterie-like savouriness and dried florals working brilliantly together. Remarkable fruit sweetness leads the structured, saturated palette.
“Corofin is an artisan family wine company. Our sole ambition is to transmit the voice of the land and the season through crafting small single block wines from pinot noir and chardonnay grapes. The hope with all Corofin wines is to transmit a sense of place and season first, over fruit intensity or winemaking ambition.”
