100% Erbaluce. Pale straw-yellow with greenish hues and fruity, fragrant notes of citrus. Fresh-tasting and pleasant with a dry, clear, finish.
The use of low-temperature stabilization allows us to extract the unique fresh grassy notes of this varietal. The relatively high acidity combined with some residual sugar gives for a slight sweetness on the palate but a pleasantly dry finish. A wine which respects the local tradition but very appealing

100% Nebbiolo. The wine has a bright ruby red color with violet hues, a sign of its youth and freshness. The nose has notes of fruits and flowers (especially violet), with gentle balsamic notes. In the mouth, the wine is satisfying, fresh and balanced, with soft tannins.
The 2018 vintage is the first vintage for this wine, released after one year of aging. It is our expression of Nebbiolo, the typical grape variety of our area. Crisp, young, fresh and fragrant with relatively low alcoholic content it is a perfect wine for everyday drinking.

100% Nebbiolo. Garnet red in color with a golden rim that develops with aging, the wine has a fine and pleasant nose, with a hint of violets. On the palate, it is dry and harmonious, with a lightly tannic aftertaste.
The 2015 vintage was an exceptional year and this is probably our greatest Gattinara to date. The wine has already reached an unusual level of maturity after only 4 years. It has all the complexity and minerality that one expects from a volcanic terroir combined with the elegance associated with the wines of Alto Piemonte

90% Nebbiolo and 10% Vespolina. Torraccia del Piantavigna Ghemme DOCG is ruby red verging on gold, with a delicate, elegant and persistent nose that suggests violet and licorice. Dry, powerful and potent on the palate, with soft tannins and good residual acidity.
A classic Ghemme with all the delicate aromas and flavors associated with this great terroir and with a softness and well-integrated structure thanks to long aging.
