100% Dolcetto. Einaudi Dogliani Superiore “Vigna Tecc” DOCG is deep ruby in color, fresh bouquet with rich fruit nuances, firm tannins and a subtle almond finish.

100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Fantini Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo DOC is bright pink in color, intense and persistent aroma, fruity with hints of strawberry. Medium-bodied, balanced, intense and with great persistence.

95% Malvasia and 5% Corinto Nero. Gorgeous amber color with flashes of brilliant, sunny gold, outstanding viscosity and depth. Exemplary bouquet, magnificent yet graceful, ample and elegant, with notes of dry figs, dates, ripe apricot, honey and sweet spices. Velvety roundness on the palate, shows distinctive sweetness that never palls, sustained as it is by superb freshness. Wonderful body, balance and persistence.

100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Deep ruby in color, the bouquet is ample and intense, reminiscent of ripe fruit and spices confirmed on a luscious, complex palate with well-integrated wood and a long, focused, concentrated finish.

100% Moscato. Marcarini Moscato d’Asti DOCG is a brilliant straw-colored yellow with soft green reflections. A delicate white froth evolves into a very fine and persistent perlage. Its full nose is aromatic, floral and fruity as well as intense and persistent. The taste, pleasantly sweet and fresh due to the low alcohol content and correct acidity.

100% Nerello Mascalese. Bright scarlet in color, the wine shows notes of red fruits, earth, and minerality. On the palate the wine is elegant with an excellent sense of balance and finesse.

100% Cabernet Franc. Bright ruby in color. Intense, herbaceous nose with notes of green peppers. The wine is smooth and elegant on the palate. Delicate on the palate, with sweet tannins.

100% Dolcetto. Conterno Fantino Dolcetto d'Alba "Bricco Bastia" DOC is an intense purple in color; fresh and fragrant aromas of strawberry, cherry and red berries. Good structure; the presence of tannins is sweet and lively on the palate.

75% Nebbiolo and 25% infusion of aromatic herbs and china bark. Amber-colored with ruby-red reflections; spicy, intense & persistent nose; sweet yet pleasingly bitterish flavors, in particular, the bittersweet taste of China bark that gives it its name.

Pietradolce’s main goal is to highlight the significant differences between the various Etna contradas, showing the absence of homogenization. In fact, each micro-territory on Etna expresses its own particular nuances, which can depend on different lava flows, exposure and pedoclimatic variations.
