90% Cabernet Sauvignon & 10% Merlot. Cignale Colle della Toscana Centrale is deep, dark ruby in color. Very floral and beautiful with hints of dark fruit, black currant and dried flowers, such as violets. Full body, firm and silky tannins and a fresh and bright finish. Lots of dried citrus undertones.

100% Pinot Grigio. Distinct copper color with a nose that has notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple and heightened by subtle floral notes of spring wildflowers. Elegant and silky smooth on the palate.

100% Grignolino. Gaudio Bricco Mondalino Grignolino del Monferrato “Gaudio” DOC is light ruby red, the nose has notes of wild strawberry, raspberry, pink grapefruit, and green pepper. Dry and delicate tannins on the palate.

100% Cortese. Gaudio Bricco Mondalino Monferrato Cortese ”L’Amor Cortese” DOC is soft yellow with light green reflections, the nose has aromas of orange blossom, green apple, and lime. On the palate, the wine is fresh and crisp with zippy citrus notes on the finish.

33% Grillo, 33% Inzolia, and 33% Catarratto. Brilliant, luminous golden yellow with excellent depth. The bouquet reveals its island origin, very elegant, and distinctively salty with green notes. Intense fruit, ripe yellow fruit, and citrus flowers blending with perfectly integrated vanilla and butter nuances. Fresh, appealing and flavorful on the palate, well balanced by roundness and structure.

100% Pecorino. Beautiful straw yellow with an elegant bouquet of wild flowers; a prelude to a fresh, full palate with notes of ripe fruit, licorice and honey.

The name Rucolino comes from rucola or arugula, Eruca Sativa, the leaves of which are employed to make this liqueur.
