33% Grillo, 33% Inzolia, and 33% Catarratto. Brilliant, luminous golden yellow with excellent depth. The bouquet reveals its island origin, very elegant, and distinctively salty with green notes. Intense fruit, ripe yellow fruit, and citrus flowers blending with perfectly integrated vanilla and butter nuances. Fresh, appealing and flavorful on the palate, well balanced by roundness and structure.

65% Grillo and 35% Carricante. Bright straw yellow in color. The bouquet has notes of white and yellow-fleshed fruit, floral aromas of mimosa and chamomile, mineral aromas and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, the wine is fresh and tangy with pleasant fruit and a long, invigorating finale heightened by lively citrus notes.

100% Erbaluce. Pale straw-yellow with greenish hues and fruity, fragrant notes of citrus. Fresh-tasting and pleasant with a dry, clear, finish.
The use of low-temperature stabilization allows us to extract the unique fresh grassy notes of this varietal. The relatively high acidity combined with some residual sugar gives for a slight sweetness on the palate but a pleasantly dry finish. A wine which respects the local tradition but very appealing

50% Greco and 50% Fiano. Vigneti del Vulture “Pipoli” Greco-Fiano Basilicata IGT is pale lemon yellow, while the nose has notes of citrus, pear, and melon with a hint of spice. A zesty refreshing finish.
Here white varieties such as Greco and Fiano are cultivated on soils of volcanic origin and, thanks to the climate with great temperature swings, their minerality and floral notes are exalted in this terroir. The result is an aromatic wine with a great personality.
A blend, mainly Parellada and White Garnacha. Clear, clean, bright gold in color. Fresh, full of fruit, with fine citrus aromas. Silky, with subtle acidity and a delicate midpalate.

60% Inzolia and 40% Catarratto. Intense straw yellow with flashes of brilliant, burnished gold. Good depth on the nose, the bouquet shows Mediterranean aromas of maquis, citrus and exotic fruit. Great finesse. On the palate, the wine is fresh and appealing, with good persistence and flavor intensity.

Moscatel de Alejandría and Gewürztraminer. Brilliant straw yellow. Very fragrant, with delicate floral (rose) and fruit (lychee) notes. Soft and seductive on the palate with a luscious (acacia honey) finish.
