100% Nerello Mascalese. Rich bouquet ranging from red berry jam to spices and mineral notes; elegant and characterful at the same time.
Pietradolce’s main goal is to highlight the significant differences between the various Etna contradas, showing the absence of homogenization. In fact, each micro-territory on Etna expresses its own particular nuances, which can depend on different lava flows, exposure and pedoclimatic variations.
90% Cannonau and 10% Carignano. Intense ruby-red color tending towards garnet. Mediterranean aromas on the complex nose, along with notes of ripe blackberry, blueberry, sweet spice, tobacco, and chocolate. A warm, velvety palate with unusually intense yet soft tannins.

100% Nebbiolo. Conterno Fantino Langhe Nebbiolo “Ginestrino” is a very lively ruby color with garnet reflections; persistent and appealing bouquet with notes of brier rose and peach pit; on the palate, roundness is balanced by characteristic tannins and structure.

30% Cabernet, 30% Nebbiolo, 20% Merlot, and 20% Barbera. Einaudi Langhe “Luigi Einaudi” DOC is ani ntense garnet color, with a pleasing aromas of cooked plums and blackberries, and an underlying hint of vanilla. Full bodied with a rich tannic structure, soft with an intense fruity taste and balanced, elegant, spiced final note.

100% Sangiovese. Fantini Sangiovese Terre di Chieti IGT has a garnet color in the glass and a fruity bouquet of strawberries and black cherries with vinous notes and hints of wood, quite intense and persistent; medium-bodied, with firm tannins and good balance, immediate appeal.

100% Merlot. Brilliant ruby in color. Beautiful aromas of mature plums and cherries are balanced by perfect acidity. The palate is flavorful, intense and appealing, with elegant tannins, well-integrated acidity, and distinct balance.

50% Nebbiolo and 50% Barbera. Conterno Fantino Langhe Rosso “Monprà” DOC is deep garnet, with an elegant bouquet showing notes of coffee, barley, and strawberry jam; full and voluptuous on the palate, with sweet tannins.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Syrah, and 25% Carmenere. Deep ruby red in color, with clear aromas of red berries and hints of vanilla, white chocolate, and pepper. Full-bodied on the palate, with a touch of red fruit character.

40% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc. Intense ruby red with aromas of ripe red fruit, wild berry jam, and spices. The palate is warm, velvety and has good body and caressing tannins.

100% Montepulciano d’Abruzzo. Fantini OPI Montepulciano d'Abruzzo Colline Teramane Riserva DOCG is ruby red with garnet reflections and has an intense, persistent, spicy bouquet with hints of chocolate and goudron that never overwhelm the succulent fruit. Great structure and tannins, very well balanced.

33% Montepulciano, 25% Sangiovese, 5% Malvasia Nera, 30% Primitivo, & 7% Negroamaro. Very deep garnet red, Fantini Edizione Cinque Autoctoni has intense and persistent with notes of cherry and blackcurrant, herbs, cinnamon, cloves, cocoa, licorice and hints of mineral. Great structure, good balance between alcohol and freshness, velvety tannins, very persistent with a long finish.
Edizione Cinque Autoctoni is considered to be a non-vintage wine because the grapes are sourced from two regions. As such, the winery releases this wine in Editions or Edizione.

A blend of Montepulciano, Ciliegiolo, and Sangiovese. Fantini Collection Vino Rosso is ruby red with garnet highlights. Intense, persistent aromas of red fruit, marasca cherries, and plum with hints of vanilla. Supple, fresh, well-balanced, on the palate with an intense and persistent finish.
