A riff on the classic French 75, the Italian 75 is made from Prosecco, not champagne, giving it a delicate sweetness that is missing from its French counterpart.
- ¾ oz Wild Sardinia Gin
- 3 oz Lemon soda
- 3 oz Canella Prosecco Brut DOC
- Twist of Lemon
- Spring of Mint
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the gin over the ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Strain and pour into a chilled coupe glass. Top with chilled prosecco and lemon soda.
Garnish with the lemon twist and a spring of mint.
