Vermentino di Sardegna "Cala Silente" DOC: 100% Vermentino from sandy vineyards that are late ripening. Fermented in stainless steel, the wine is left on the lees to impart greater complexity, roundness and flavor. Straw yellow, with luminous green-golden reflections; complex, intense bouquet of apples, peaches, and citrus fruit confirmed on the persistent palate, particularly elegant and well balanced.

Vermentino di Sardegna "Villa Solais" DOC: 100% Vermentino picked between September and early October, soft-pressed, and the must subsequently ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine matures sur lie for a few months previous to bottling, resulting in a straw yellow little beauty with green and golden reflections, intriguing freshness and mineral notes on the nose and palate.

Villa di Chiesa IGT: 60% Vermentino and 40% Chardonnay selected from the best vineyards. Barrique-fermented and barrique-aged for seven to eight months in entirely new 100% French oak. Brilliant straw yellow; delicate aromas of exotic fruit on the nose, with notes of butter and banana; on the palate, simultaneously round and fresh, persistent, with an appealing finish that recalls vanilla.

Carignano del Sulcis "Tre Torri" Rose DOC: 100% Carignano. Proving just how much structure can go into a rose. The grapes macerate on the skins for 14-16 hours previous to white vinification. Brilliant pink, with cherry-colored reflections; elegant, fruity bouquet recalling brushwood, berry fruit and strawberries. Great quality/price ratio.

Carignano del Sulcis "Grotta Rossa" DOC: 100% Carignano offering particularly good value. Malolactic fermentation imparts a distinctive mellowness to the concentration of the wine which is matured in cement vats before bottling. Intense crimson color, lovely, fruity bouquet with a licorice finish, elegant palate, good depth, structure and texture.

Carignano del Sulcis Superiore "Terre Brune" DOC: 95% Carignano and 5% Bovaleddu from old vineyards with ungrafted rootstock planted in a sand and limestone soil. Maceration on the skins for about 16 days, ?levage in Allier and Tron?ais oak barriques lasts 16-18 months with an additional year in bottle. Cellar life is around seven to eight years.

Carignano del Sulcis Riserva "Rocca Rubia" DOC: 100% Carignano from ungrafted rootstock vineyards near the coast. The vines are untrained in the "alberello" style (bush or goblet form). Fermentation and maceration lasts 12-14 days in stainless steel. Then aged in small 1st and 2nd passage French oak casks for 10-12 months with several months in bottle. Deep ruby red with intense, fruity notes of blackberries, blueberries, vanilla, leather, and licorice. On the palate, ample, velvet textured, full-bodied, with wonderful structure.

Cannonau Di Sardegna "Noras" DOC: 90% Cannonau and 10% Carignano. The wine is racked into 2nd-year barriques, where it matures for six months, previous to a further six months? bottle age. Intense ruby red, verging on garnet with complex notes of ripe blackberries, blueberries, mellow spices, myrtle, tobacco and chocolate. The palate confirms the nose; unique intensity and sweet, silky tannins; round, velvety texture.

Monica di Sardegna "Antigua" DOC: 85% Monica di Sardegna and 15% Carignano. A traditional wine that sees no oak reflecting pure aromas with notes of blackberry & blueberry. A mellow, structured wine with a pleasant mouth feel. A wonderful and unique value!

"Latinia": 100% Nasco. A late harvested desert wine with repeated visits into the vineyards to select each grape at the desired level of maturity and ripeness. Slow fermentation in steel until it ends naturally, then aged four months in 3rd passage barriques. The wine?s Mediterranean depth of flavor is pleasingly subtle and silky in structure.
